- Back Side of Hana
The majestic drive from Ulupalakua to Kipahulu along Pi’ilani Highway is the perfect tour for anyone wishing to explore the road less traveled! Along the back road to Hana, we will pass through the rolling hills of Ulupalakua, the volcanic landscape of Kanaio, Kahikinui and Kaupo, and the lush jungles of Kipahulu. Along the way, expect to see some of the most pristine views of Haleakala, and a rare opportunity to view some of the most uninhabited and cultural spots on Maui. Stops will include beautiful Sun Yet Sen park, multiple scenic view points and yoga spots, a hike to majestic Alelele Falls and multiple roadside waterfalls including Hahalawe Stream, Wailua Falls, Paihi Falls and Seven Sacred Pools. Guests will relax to the sound of the ocean during a full yoga class on a secluded sea cliff overlooking glassy tide pools and black sand beaches. After the yoga class, an organic, vegetarian, picnic lunch will be provided. Visitors are encouraged to bring sunscreen, a hat, bathing suit, a towel, hiking shoes and sandals, and a towel. - Lahaina, West Side of Maui
Lahaina is one of the most visited spots on Maui and is located on the West Side of the island. Lahaina is positioned between the Au’au Channel facing the island of Lana’i and the lush peaks and valleys of Mauna Kahalawai, the West Maui mountain range. Maui Yoga Tours offers a unique opportunity for visitors to see the West side of Maui away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts along scenic Honoapi’ilani and Kahekili Highway. Our tour explores the first portion of the 35 mile road around the West Maui Mountains. The landscape is similar to the road to Hana, complete with expansive, green mountain ranges and gorgeous beaches. Guests will enjoy a full hour-long yoga class on a remote sea cliff overlooking glittering turquoise oceans and a view of the beautiful island of Molokai. Our tour will continue with stops at Honolua Bay, the famous Olivine Tide Pools and a hike to Kahakuloa Head (Pu’u Koa’e). The hiking trail is between Kahakuloa Head and the 547-foot hill to the right called Pu’u Kahuli’anapa. - Olinda Forest
Join us for a magical exploration of one of Maui’s pristine forest reserves located in beautiful, upcountry Maui! Tour includes Waihou Springs Trail hike down to a breathtaking remains of a large waterfall and stream bed. There are lava tubes that run all through the rock face of the waterfall, interconnecting and offering a unique opportunity for cave exploration. After a rainfall, fresh water streams flow out of the caves and mimic waterfalls. The forest is made up of Monterey Cypress and Eucalyptus tress, but native species such as ‘ala’a, halapepe, and koa can be seen. Tour includes a full one-hour yoga class in nature, and an organic, vegetarian, picnic lunch. Guests are encouraged to bring hiking shoes, a jacket, a flashlight, and a hat. - Makaiwa Rope Hike (Puka Hike)

This hike offers a spectacular view of the Hana coastline, and a secret switchback trek down to an untouched, secluded beach nestled into Makaiwa Bay. - Short Waterfall Hike
A twenty minute hike up a stream bed to one of the most breathtaking and majestic waterfalls on Maui. Tour includes a full one-hour yoga class on flat river rocks in the middle of the waterfall stream and an organic, vegetarian, picnic lunch by the banks of the same waterfall that inspired Jimi Hendrix to write the song waterfall. Relax to the sound of the running water and gently awaken your senses from Savasana by dipping your fingertips in the pristine, fresh water stream! Then hike to the top of the waterfall and meditate on river rocks at the edge of this incredible, one hundred foot waterfall, overlooking the freshwater pool. Located on Maui’s North shore near famous windsurfing beach, Ho’okipa.
